What a weekend

Ok... so I've kind of procrastinated on my blog thingy. whoops. well shoot, you can read Irene's blog to get the details! Ok but let's back track a little.

So last Friday (Nov. 10) we go out to Muna's house for a small house party but really it's to meet Jewell, Irene's new man! Whew! Hadn't done that in a long time! Having a party like that, that is! Had some drinks (ahem...) played some games, had some REAL interesting talks. Good Times. Oh! And I brought my karaoke and Muna's TV is weird! It wouldn't work! Her TV outlet SAID "VIDEO 4" yet... her and Shine were like, "We don't have a video 4." But some people were REALLY determined to get the damn karaoke working. It was quite a few people, too, might I add.

So Irene and Jewell are trying to figure this thing out right. No success so far. So Mr. Hau over thinks since HE is the IT guy, he can figure it out.

Nope. No dice there. So wait a minute. Well let's have Shine try because well... it IS his house. I mean he should know how things work around there right?

That's right... the answer is no. hahaha... So what does that prove? My man was smart enough to stay out of it. HAHAHA! Just kidding! It proves... it just wasn't meant to be a karaoke night! So we played Scene It! Movie and we KILLED that game! hahaha... ok ok ok...

So she has me take another pic of them and she tells him not too look TOO happy or something to that effect. What does our friend Hau do? That's right... he looks... dead? hahahha... what a nut!

Ok... now the one with Irene and Jewell where he is making the Hawaiin sign... hahaha!! Funny... anyway! So as I'm posting this I'm watching TLC right? It's about some littel girl born with some face defects and long story short, she can't talk. So she has to learn sign language. They show some kids sign language program and gues what the lady in the video is doing? THAT SIGN!!!! Apparently it means "play."
